We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Operations Executive to manage end-to-end HR operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in recruitment, employee engagement activities, administrative operations, and general HR activities. You will play a critical role in managing daily HR functions, documentation, and overseeing team operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Lead employee engagement initiatives and activities to enhance organizational culture and employee satisfaction.
Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational HR tasks.
Generate, manage, and maintain HR documents, including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and exit documentation.
Manage exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and documentation management.
Handle employee queries and grievances effectively and efficiently.
Assist in performance management activities and support management in HR planning and strategy.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
Maintain HR records, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
Manage and guide junior HR team members to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR operations/generalist roles.
Proven experience in recruitment and employee engagement activities.
Strong administrative and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws.
Prior experience in team management is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in handling HR operations in mid-sized to large organizations.
