Join our team as an HR Operations Executive based in Hyderabad with 1-7 years of experience. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for managing mass recruitment processes, developing client relationships, and providing counseling and support to clients.
Key responsibilities include overseeing mass recruitment initiatives to meet organizational needs, building and maintaining relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings, managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention, and providing guidance and support to clients on various HR-related matters.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR operations, with experience in mass recruitment processes and client management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively interacting with clients and internal stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are important requirements for this role.
