Job Summary:
The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR function in India, including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, and HR system management using
KEKA Software
. Additionally, the role will support HR operations for the UK, specifically handling employee onboarding via
MYHRToolkit Software
and managing
DBS checks
.
Key Responsibilities:
India HR Functions:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide necessary support.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Conduct pre-boarding and onboarding processes, including offer letters, background verification, and induction programs.
Ensure smooth integration of new employees into
KEKA Software
and maintain HR records.
Manage exit formalities, including full and final settlements, exit interviews, and documentation.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records in
KEKA Software
.
Assist with payroll processing by ensuring accurate attendance and leave records.
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Indian labor laws.
Manage employee grievances and escalate issues where necessary.
4. Employee Engagement & Performance Management
Coordinate and execute engagement initiatives to boost employee morale.
Assist in the implementation of performance management processes.
Support training and development initiatives.
UK HR Operations:
1. Employee Onboarding
Manage onboarding processes for UK employees via
MYHRToolkit Software
.
Ensure all necessary documentation is collected, verified, and uploaded.
2. Background Verification & Compliance
Conduct
DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks
for UK employees.
Ensure compliance with UK employment regulations and company policies.
Maintain employee records and update necessary documentation in the UK HR system.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of HR experience handling recruitment, operations, and onboarding.
Preferred Experience with
KEKA Software
for HR management in India.
Familiarity with
MYHRToolkit Software
for UK HR operations is a plus.
Knowledge of Indian labor laws and UK employment compliance requirements.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple HR functions efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in managing HR operations for multinational teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
