We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to manage and streamline core HR Policies, employee data management, Compliance, and support daily HR functions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting both employees and HR leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital).
Manage on boarding and off boarding processes.
Coordinate offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation.
Track attendance, leaves, and generate payroll inputs.
Support in monthly payroll processing in coordination with finance.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, salary, and documentation.
Maintain HR databases, spreadsheets, and reports (MIS).
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Coordinate for employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Assist in performance appraisal and HR audits.
Support recruitment process when required (shortlisting, interview coordination).
Liaise with vendors for background verification and HR tools.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
Good knowledge of HR systems, processes, and labour laws.
Proficient in Compliances, HR Policies and Operations.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
