We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Operations Executive
to manage day-to-day HR processes and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, hands-on experience in HR operations, and a good command of Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
Manage employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and satisfaction.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support payroll processing and coordinate with internal departments for HR-related queries.
Prepare HR reports and trackers using Excel.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Assist in performance management and other HR projects as needed.
Key Skills & Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in HR Operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience in employee engagement, onboarding, and exit processes.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
