About the Role



We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

HR Operations Executive

to handle day-to-day HR operations, employee management, and compliance at our Shantipura location. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and statutory compliance, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases. Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination. Support recruitment activities - job postings, screening, and interview coordination. Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction for new employees. Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling. Assist in performance appraisal cycles and training coordination. Prepare and share HR reports with management as required.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration (MBA in HR preferred). 1-3 years of experience in

HR Operations / Generalist role

. Good understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.). Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); HRMS knowledge is a plus. Female candidates preferred as per company requirement.
