Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Collaborate with various departments to resolve HR-related issues.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR operations or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
