Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR and Operations role
.
Mandatory industry experience: Food manufacturing / Bakery industry
.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll, compliance, and labour laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
Proficient in MS Office, HR software, and reporting tools.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage day-to-day operations.
Male candidates preferred
(due to local operational requirements).
