We are hiring an
HR Operations Executive
to manage day-to-day HR operational activities and support smooth employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations and be comfortable working in night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain data accuracy
Ensure adherence to internal HR processes and company policies
Coordinate with internal teams for operational HR support
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in HR Operations
Prior
night shift experience is mandatory
Good knowledge of HR processes and documentation
Working knowledge of MS Excel and HR systems
Strong communication and coordination skills
Willingness to work from office in Mohali
Shift Details
Training will be conducted during
afternoon hours
Post-training, the role will require working in
night shifts
Compensation & Benefits
Salary up to ?55,000 per month (based on experience)
