To manage human resource operations, employee relations, recruitment, training, and compliance in line with organizational goals and statutory/NABH requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
Maintain employee records, service files, and statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, TDS).
Administer attendance, payroll, and leave management systems.
Coordinate performance appraisals, training programs, and staff welfare initiatives.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and NABH HR standards.
Handle disciplinary procedures, grievance redressal, and exit formalities.
Prepare HR MIS reports, audit documents, and compliance trackers.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
