to support daily HR functions at our Ambernath facility. The candidate will assist with documentation, onboarding, attendance handling, employee coordination, and overall operational HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end onboarding and exit processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation (physical & digital).
Support attendance management, leave tracking, and daily HR operations.
Coordinate with various departments for smooth HR functioning.
Help in preparation of HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.).
Handle employee queries professionally and escalate when required.
Assist in recruitment support tasks like scheduling interviews.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word mandatory)
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Willingness to learn and work in a structured environment
Time management and multitasking abilities
Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BMS )
Salary Range:
As per company standards (for fresher role)
