BNC has been mandated to recruit an HR Operations professional for an exciting Hybrid role based in Delhi NCR & Gurugram.

Position: HR Operations

Work Mode: Hybrid

Location: Delhi NCR / Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

Strong hands-on experience in HR Operations

Mandatory expertise in GreytHR (end-to-end handling)

Sound knowledge of HR processes including payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, compliance, and employee records

Good communication and coordination skills

Key Requirements:

Candidates currently based in or willing to work from Delhi NCR / Gurugram

Professionals with proven HR Ops experience and strong HRMS exposure
