to support our offshore operations in Kochi. The role involves overseeing daily HR and administrative functions, managing coordination between onshore and offshore teams, and ensuring seamless workflow across HR operations and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage on-site HR and administrative functions for offshore resources.
Serve as the primary liaison between onshore HR/Operations teams and offshore staff/vendors.
Prepare and process monthly financial memos (salaries, rent, IT, EOS, etc.) and handle cost cross-charging.
Maintain and secure digital filing of contracts, HR documentation, and compliance records.
Monitor daily attendance and leave plans; prepare regular reports for onshore teams.
Coordinate recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and QA assessments.
Oversee onboarding and offboarding activities.
Organize local employee engagement initiatives.
Generate and present monthly HR reports and KPI dashboards.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in HR operations, administration, or coordination roles.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
