Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Operations Executive
to join our Human Resources team. The role involves supporting daily HR activities, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance, and assisting with HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
Maintain accurate employee data and HR records in HRMS systems.
Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related processes.
Assist in compliance activities like PF, ESI, and statutory documentation.
Support HR team in performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0-3 years of experience in HR Operations or similar roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with HR software or HRMS tools preferred.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
