Responsibilities
:Supporting onboarding activities for new hires and scheduling the orientation sessions.
Managing employee records & ensuring data accuracy in HR systems.
Assisting with HR projects and initiatives such as policy updates or process improvements.
Provide administrative support for HR team.
Assist in maintaining HR files and documentation, including personnel files and HR-related databases.
Partner and collaborate with other functions (Finance, IT, Facilities, Business stakeholders) regarding essential HR activities.
Assist in employee offboarding process.
Deliver a seamless and positive employee experience for all employees.
* Perform and support other duties and projects as assigned.
