Job Summary:

We're looking for a

detail-oriented

and

proactive

HR Operations professional to manage compliance processes for our large-scale blue-collar workforce. The role ensures strict adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure end-to-end compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory regulations. Audit HR processes like onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits. Maintain accurate employee records and compliance documentation. Coordinate with legal/audit teams for internal and external audits. Handle timely filings for PF, ESI, gratuity, etc. Implement HR policies aligned with labor law compliance. Monitor changes in labor regulations and update HR practices accordingly. Provide compliance training to HR staff and functional managers. Respond to employee queries related to compliance and statutory benefits. Assist in risk mitigation and internal HR audits.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1-4 years of relevant HR Ops experience, with strong focus on compliance In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory processes Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills Strong proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms

Preferred:

Experience handling compliance in a mid-to-large organization Exposure to blue-collar workforce operations
