Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication (reading and writing) with the US-based teams and internal departments.
Understand and interpret instructions, policies, and workflow updates shared by the US team.
Escalate any discrepancies or issues promptly with proper documentation.
Quickly grasp and document existing processes, workflows, and systems used in the US operations.
Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes as per US HR guidelines.
Maintain employee records accurately in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms.
Follow compliance standards relevant to US labor laws and company policies.
Update process documents and workflow charts regularly based on changes suggested by the US team.
Stay updated on changes in US HR practices, federal and state laws.
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Skills Needed
:
Excellent English reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
Good understanding of HR, compliance, and operational workflows (preferred US market).
Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Strong coordination, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Graduation
Two year experience candidates preferred with the same process.
