The HR Executive - Operations is responsible for managing and executing day-to-day HR operational activities, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies, and maintaining compliance with statutory requirements. This role acts as a key support function to the HR department in areas such as employee onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, HR documentation, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
Handle onboarding and exit formalities, including documentation, induction, and background verification.
Prepare and issue HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, etc.).
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
Coordinate with IT/Admin for new joiner setups and exit handovers.
2. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement activities and events.
Assist in conducting surveys, feedback sessions, and HR communication.
Facilitate employee grievance redressal and ensure timely resolution.
3. Performance & Policy Support
Assist in performance appraisal coordination and documentation.
Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Help analyze HR data for reporting and process improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
1-4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
Knowledge of labor laws, HRMS software, and payroll systems.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
