Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, employee file management, and exit processes.
Maintain and update employee records in the
HRIS/HRMS system
ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Support payroll inputs by tracking attendance, leaves, and other employee data.
Coordinate recruitment logistics: scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate database, and documentation.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and administrative procedures.
Assist with performance management cycles, employee engagement programs, and compliance audits.
Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards through the HRIS/HRMS system.
Support office administration and vendor coordination as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum
3 years of experience
in HR administration or operations
Proven experience working on
HRIS/HRMS platforms
.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and Indian labor law compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
