Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers to gather necessary onboarding documentation and information.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company culture, policies, benefits, and job responsibilities.
Organizing monthly and quarterly performance reviews on time.
Maintaining and working monthly payroll with attendance.
Managing and driving Employee Life Cycle end-to-end right from entry procedures to exit procedures and FNF.
Ensuring compliance for all HR-related processes.
Handling the end-to-end recruitment process.
Preparing various letters such as offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, experience
/relieving letter, salary revision letter, PF letter, travel letter etc.
Key Responsibilities:
? Joining Formalities, Document Verification, Filing, EMP ID Creation.
? Interview schedule & coordination for the final round of discussion and complete the process by HR Discussion with Salary Negotiation and closing the position.
? Preliminary offer (Online through app / Mail)
? Pre-employment Verification (BGV)
? PF, UAN & ESI related issue need to solve.
? Daily / monthly leave updating& Leave Management System.
? Employee Engagement Activities

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
