: APAC P&C Employee Life Cycle Ops Analyst

Location:

Gurgaon, India

What You'll Do

Manage payroll inputs and reconciliations for 2000+ employees in India; APAC exposure preferred. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements. Process employee life cycle transactions--promotions, transfers, exits--with zero errors. Maintain accurate records for audits and statutory inspections. Ensure payroll activities comply with country-specific laws and company policies. Support automation initiatives and digital workflows. Track payroll metrics and contribute to process improvements. Maintain and Ensure employee records are accurate and up to date in Workday and ServiceNow.

What we need to see from you

4-6 years in HR Operations, with at least 3 years in payroll. Strong attention to detail and comfort with HR systems. Familiarity with Workday, ServiceNow, and payroll vendor platforms. Proficiency in MS Excel for reconciliations and reporting. Excellent communication skills and a service-first mindset.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
