? ?Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties (Main role)
? ?Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives and manager
? ?Compile and update employee records
. Payroll process for remote, fulltime, part time employees, auditors, tutors
? ?Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
? ?Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
? ?Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
? ?Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
? ?Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
HR Skills and Qualifications:
? ?Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
? ?Basic knowledge of PF,EIS and etc.,
? ?Highly organized and detail oriented
? ?Efficient time-management, direction
? ?Skilled in the art of multitasking
? ?Excels both in independent work and collaboration
? ?Good analytical and problem-solving skills
? ?Honest, ethical and dependable
