Designation : HR Operation Admin



HR Job Duties:



o? ?Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties (Main role)

o? ?Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives and manager

o? ?Compile and update employee records

. Payroll process for remote, fulltime, part time employees, auditors, tutors

o? ?Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities

o? ?Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes

o? ?Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

o? ?Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

o? ?Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

HR Skills and Qualifications:



o? ?Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

o? ?1-year experience in HR or fresh graduate encourage to apply.

o? ?Basic knowledge of PF,EIS and etc.,

o? ?Highly organized and detail oriented

o? ?Efficient time-management, direction

o? ?Skilled in the art of multitasking

o? ?Excels both in independent work and collaboration

o? ?Good analytical and problem-solving skills

o? ?Honest, ethical and dependable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?13,000.00 per month
