Resolve employee issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of employee interactions.
Follow company policies and procedures while handling employee queries.
Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes.
Provide consistent and reliable information to employees.
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
To perform HR/related activities on various systems (Successfactors, SAP etc.), primarily pertaining to the employee life cycle (from Hire to Retire)
To process the various HR transactions as per the laid guidelines/SOP
To manage the HR tickets in ESC tool
To perform tasks within the turnaround time and be able to multitask on a day-to-day basis
