HR Responsibilities
Assist in hiring: posting jobs, screening profiles, scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee data and HR documentation.
Support on boarding and exit procedures.
Manage attendance, leave updates, and payroll coordination.
Draft HR letters and basic official documents.
Support engagement initiatives and internal communication.
Ensure compliance with HR guidelines.
Admin Responsibilities
Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Manage supplies, vendors, and office maintenance.
Oversee cleanliness and facility-related needs.
Coordinate travel, meetings, and routine documentation.
Handle calls, emails, and courier dispatch.
Provide operational support to management.
Oversee administrative workflows and updates.
Assist in updating company website/e-commerce portal as needed.
Requirements
Graduate in HR / Admin field.
Basic HR and administrative knowledge.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Working knowledge of MS Office.
Fresher and early-career candidates are welcome.
