Position: HR Analyst (Retention process)
Experience : 0.3 to 4 Years
Job Location: Hyderabad, India (Wiling to come office and work) Kukatpally,(too far location candidates are not eligible for this role)
Education : Any Graduate

Responsibilities
- Must have experience/Knowledge into recruitment and knowledge into contract to hire positions.
- Handle many inbound and outbound calls to employers and clients.
- Identify the needs of employers, resolve issues and provide solutions.
- Maintain good employers relations.
- Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
- Maintain records of the conversations with the employer and analyze the data.
- Excellent communication and listening skills with good command over the English language.
