: HR Operations Specialist
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to manage the end-to-end HR operational processes. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient HR functions related to payroll management, statutory compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and overall HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Management:
o Oversee the timely and accurate processing of employee payroll.
o Manage salary-related functions, including tax calculations, bonuses, incentives, and deductions.
o Work closely with finance and other relevant departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
o Address and resolve payroll-related queries from employees.
2. Statutory Compliance:
o Manage and ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance (ESI), Gratuity, and other labour laws.
o Ensure timely filing of returns and payment of statutory dues (e.g., PF, ESI, PT).
o Keep abreast of changes in labour laws and statutory requirements, ensuring continuous compliance.
o Coordinate audits and inspections related to statutory compliance.
3. Recruitment & Onboarding:
o Handle the full recruitment cycle for various roles within the organization, ensuring a timely and efficient hiring process.
o Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions.
o Facilitate interviews, assessments, and background checks for candidates.
o Manage the seamless onboarding process for new employees, ensuring their smooth integration into the organization.
4. Employee Relations:
o Act as a primary point of contact for employees for any HR-related concerns or issues.
o Support and maintain positive employee relations to foster a productive work environment.
o Provide guidance to managers on employee performance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
5. HR Administration:
o Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
o Prepare and manage HR reports for management's review.
o Administer leave records, attendance tracking, and other HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
6. Training & Development (HR Operational Support):
o Assist in identifying training needs and liaising with departments to coordinate training and development programs.
o Support performance management processes and contribute to employees' career development initiatives.
7. HR Strategy & Policy:
o Assist in implementing HR policies, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance standards.
o Monitor and ensure adherence to HR policies, regulations, and ethical standards within the operational scope
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
