Job Summary
The Operations and Payroll Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities and ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing. This role supports smooth business operations by coordinating with internal teams, maintaining compliance, and handling employee payroll and operational records.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations
Manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow
Coordinate with internal departments to support business operations
Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation
Monitor processes and suggest improvements for efficiency
Handle vendor coordination and administrative support
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Payroll
Process monthly/weekly payroll accurately and on time
Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements
Maintain payroll records and employee attendance data
Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
Coordinate with HR and Finance for employee data updates
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, HR, or related field
Experience in operations and payroll management preferred
Knowledge of payroll software and MS Excel
Understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
