Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle management
Manage attendance, leave management, and employee records (HRMS/manual)
Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/payroll vendors and ensure timely salary processing
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, attendance, and benefits
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.)
Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and joining formalities
Maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards on a regular basis
Assist in performance appraisal processes and confirmation formalities
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
Ensure proper maintenance of personnel files and HR documentation
