Manage employee lifecycle activities (joining, confirmation, exit formalities).
Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management.
Handle payroll inputs and coordinate with the payroll team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Support employee queries and help in day-to-day HR documentation.
Coordinate HRMIS updates and generate required reports.
