Job Description

Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and related documents.

Conduct background verification and ensure pre-joining formalities are completed. Manage onboarding process and facilitate new hire induction. Maintain and update employee records and personal files. Process and manage monthly payroll and salary revisions. Track attendance, leaves, and process related reports for payroll. Manage confirmations, transfers, promotions, and role changes. Address employee grievances and ensure resolution as per company policies. Conduct exit process - resignation acceptance, exit interviews, FnF settlement. Coordinate performance appraisal process and maintain evaluation records. Organize employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives. Maintain HR MIS and prepare reports for audits and management review. Ensure adherence to all HR policies and labor law regulations.
