Position Overview:



We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

HR Operations Assistant Manager

to oversee

Payroll and HR Operations

for the

South Zone

, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes, compliance with statutory requirements, and strong support to internal stakeholders. This position will be based in

Bangalore

and play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and employee satisfaction across the region.

Key Responsibilities: Payroll Management:



Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for employees in the South Zone. Ensure accurate salary disbursement, reimbursements, deductions, and compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.). Manage payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, new joinees, and exits. Coordinate with finance and external vendors to ensure timely and error-free payroll execution. Address payroll-related employee queries promptly and effectively.

HR Operations:



Manage employee life cycle processes including onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exits. Support compliance audits, maintain employee records, and ensure HRIS data accuracy. Assist with HR policy implementation and adherence across locations in the South Zone. Monitor and improve operational HR processes for efficiency and compliance. Collaborate with internal teams to drive engagement initiatives and improve employee experience. Generate and analyse HR operational reports as required by management.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA in HR is a plus. 4-7 years of experience in HR operations and payroll, preferably in a multi-location setup. Strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll compliance in India. Hands-on experience with payroll software and HRIS systems. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
