Key Responsibilities
₹ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Source, screen, and interview candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
₹ Manage the entire hiring process including job postings, shortlisting, scheduling, and follow-ups.
₹ Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
₹ Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports.
₹ Assist in onboarding, induction, and other HR operational activities.
₹ Support employee engagement initiatives and HR administrative tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
₹ Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
₹ 1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment/HR operation role.
₹ Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
₹ Knowledge of HR tools, job portals & recruitment strategies.
₹ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
