Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support core HR processes such as onboarding, employee engagement, and documentation.
Ensure smooth execution of HR operations while maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams to address employee queries and provide timely support.
Prepare HR reports and maintain employee records using advanced Excel functions.
Design and create HR-related content using Canva and other relevant tools.
Contribute to process improvements and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations or a related HR role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Suite, and Canva.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
