Need HR recruiter/Officer for our recruitment consultancy firm with following criteria:
Should be able to handle all the job portals.
Need to have working knowledge in understanding, screening, calling, coordinating with candidates
Need to coordinate from the beginning of shortlisting candidates as per the Job description given by clients till the candidate finishes joining in the respective organization, ensuring the stay of candidate for long term in the same organization
Regular followup as and when needed of candidates before and after joining
Should be smart, talented and having presence of mind to handle different kind of candidates, understanding their nerves and processing the profiles like wise.
If required, may have to visit clients/attend client calls to understand the requirements to work efficiently and provide good candidates that matches the criteria.
Must be graduate with minimum of 2 years of experience as recruiter.
Must understand reading profiles and psychology of candidates while speaking to them
Should be near by office area to be able to travel daily.
Office hours: 10-10.30am- 7-7.30pm from Monday to Friday
Saturday: Till 4pm, one Saturday off in a month.
