HR Administration
Manage payroll, benefits, and leave records.
Prepare HR reports for management.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
3-6 years in HR or administrative roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR software and MS Office.
Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
