Job Description

HR Officer

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

Coordinate job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Work with managers to identify staffing needs and develop hiring strategies.

Employee Relations

Act as a point of contact for employee concerns. Mediate conflicts and promote a healthy workplace culture.

Performance Management

Support appraisal processes and track employee performance. Provide guidance on career development and training opportunities.

Compliance & Policy

Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Training & Development

Organize workshops and training sessions. Identify skill gaps and recommend learning programs.

HR Administration

Manage payroll, benefits, and leave records. Prepare HR reports for management.
Required Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

3-6 years in HR or administrative roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of HR software and MS Office. Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
