Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
HR Audits:
Conduct audits and rectify discrepancies in HR practices.
Factory Act:
Ensure compliance with the Factory Act and safety regulations.
Labor Laws:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and resolve disputes
Training:
Develop and deliver compliance training programs.
Documentation:
Maintain records and prepare compliance reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, HR, or related field; Master's or certification preferred.
5+ years in compliance Experience.
Additionally, candidates with experience in the garments and printing export industry are highly desirable.
Knowledge of statutory compliance, HR audits, labor laws, Factory Act, and Sedex, Payroll.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and compliance software.
