1-4 years (Manufacturing industry experience preferred)
We are looking for a proactive
HR Executive
to manage end-to-end HR operations and support workforce management in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & onboarding of shop-floor and office staff
Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Employee records and documentation
Statutory compliance support (PF, ESI, labor laws)
Employee engagement and grievance handling
Performance appraisal coordination
HR policies and compliance maintenance
Support audits (ISO, TUV, internal audits)
Required Skills
HR operations & administration
Recruitment & manpower planning
Knowledge of labor laws
Payroll coordination
MS Office & HR documentation
Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
MBA / MSW / PG Diploma in HR
Experience in manufacturing / fabrication industry
Knowledge of ISO & compliance processes
