Experience in handling HR and Administration activities
Policies and compliance
Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with all State and local employment laws
Awareness on labor laws and company policies
Manage employee records in compliance with policy and legal requirements
Employee relations and performance
Address employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters
Conduct investigations into employee complaints
Manage performance reviews and assist with performance-related issues
Advise on employee performance and support staff development
Benefits and compensation
Provide information on benefits programs and answer employee questions
Assist with accurate and timely payroll processing
Training and development
Coordinate and implement employee training and development programs
Create training strategies and organize development activities
