Your Role & Responsibilities
xe2x9cx85 Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
xe2x9cx85 Facilitate smooth onboarding & exit procedures for employees.
xe2x9cx85 Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement activities.
xe2x9cx85 Ensure HR compliance and maintain accurate records.
xe2x9cx85 Plan and coordinate training & development programs to enhance workforce skills.
What Were Looking For
xf0x9fx93x8c Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
xf0x9fx93x8c Skills & Experience: Prior HR experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome!
xf0x9fx93x8c Key Competencies: Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
xf0x9fx93x8c Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HR software & MS Office.
