Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
Manage payroll processing, salary coordination, and payments
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
Handle CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) documentation and follow-ups
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and basic labor laws
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in HR administration and payroll processing
Knowledge of CLM and HR documentation

Pay: ₹14,391.42 - ₹19,306.79 per month
