Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and daily time office activities. Support payroll inputs, employee data updates, and documentation. Handle administrative tasks like housekeeping coordination etc. Maintain personnel files and ensure HR policies are implemented effectively. Support employee engagement activities and internal communications. Assist in compliance and record maintenance for better Compliance. Coordinate with different departments for HR-related queries and requirements.
