Job Description
(Only Male Candidate with Experience of Manufacturing Unit for at-least 2 to 3 years is required)Primary Responsibilities: 1) Payroll Management Calculation of monthly salary, generating salary slip and making salary payments on time.2) Attendance Management : Keeping track and checking daily attendance through Sum HR. (Attendance Dashboard) Review Overtime Cards3) Employee Database : Personnel Information Performance Review Leave balance Hierarchy4) Policies : Developing HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them.5) Recruitments : End to End recruitment.6) Administrative responsibilities. Looking after the reimbursement of travelling, canteen.Secondary Responsibilities: 1) Leave Management : Designing process flow for leave application Review of Leave cards Leave approvals Keeping track on leave application2) Employee Management : Appraisals /Promotion Managing employees grievances Disciplinary Actions3) 5s Functions Clearing Up Organising Standardization Discipline4) Others: Managing Increments / Probation reminders through Sum Hr. Designing organization Chart, Leave Card, Overtime card. Internal employee communication, as when required through email or notice.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From ?340,000.00 per yearBenefits:
