Talent Acquisitiono Preparing JDs for vacant positions.o Sourcing excellent profiles through job portals.o Short listing and Finalizing candidates with interview Panel of Department and Unit Head.o Negotiating and Describing Compensation and Benefits and other T&C of employment to candidates.o Preparing CTC Structure.o Offer Letter, Appointment letter2. Joining and Induction: o Collecting documents and Complete Joining formality.o Providing joining kit to new joinees.o ID Cards, Uniform, PPEs, Biometric punching.o Employee Enrollment in HRIS software.o Preparing Induction Chart and aligning every department for new joinee.o HR Policy and Company Overview.3. Payroll & Statutory Complianceso Attendance and Leaves Managemento Salary Calculation and disbursement withinTAT.o Advances/Penalty incorporation in Salary.o Salary, Reward, Bonus, in payroll Management system.o Allowance Reimbursement.o PF and ESIC challan preparation and submission4. Training & Development

  • Training Need Analysis Survey
  • Based upon Survey preparing and proposing Training prgrams for employees.
  • Facilitating Soft Skills wokshop.
5. Performance Management Systemo Coordinating with Unit Head for KRA preparation.o Giving Weightage to each goals based on criticality.o Coordination with every department for Goal Submission.o Conducting yearly appraisal.o Coordinating and preparing PMS sheet for yearly appraisals.6. Employee Engagement And CSRo Birthday Celebrations, Ganesh Pooja, Makar Sankranti, Diwali, Holi, Christmas Celebrationo Foundation Day Celebration,7. HR MISo Coordinating for Compilation of Weekly Dashboard from all department and submitting to Unit Head.o Preparing Monthly HR Reviewo Monthly HR Review presentation to Management8. HR Audito Preparing and ensuring documents for HR Audit. Maintaining records on Salary register , PF, ESIC and PT challans.9.
