Qualification : MBA HR
Experience : 1- 3 Yrs

Handle end-to-end manpower management including permanent staff and contract labour
Coordinate with labour contractors for deployment, attendance, replacement, and discipline
Maintain contract labour records, agreements, and statutory compliance as per CLRA Act, PF, ESIC, etc.
Verify contractor attendance, wage sheets, and bills before submission to accounts
Monitor daily attendance, leave, shifts, and overtime of employees and contract workforce
Coordinate payroll-related inputs with accounts department
Manage housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness of plant, office, and common areas
Coordinate with housekeeping vendors for manpower, materials, and service quality
Manage security operations through security agency including shifts, gate control, and surveillance
Monitor entry/exit of employees, visitors, and materials; maintain gate pass and visitor records
Ensure safety, discipline, and adherence to company security policies
Handle guest management including visitor coordination, hospitality, and meeting arrangements
Oversee facility management such as office upkeep, pantry, transport, and general amenities
Handle administrative activities including stationery management, vendor coordination, and office records
Maintain HR & admin documentation, files, and MIS reports
Support internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance checks
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce discipline
Act as a point of contact for employee and contractor-related issues
Assist in onboarding and communication of HR policies and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
