Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Handle attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and compliance

Assist with performance evaluations and feedback processes

Address employee concerns and maintain workplace harmony

Implement HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and maintain documentation

Organize employee engagement and development activities

Support general administration and office HR operations

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field

3-5 years of HR generalist experience; real estate industry experience is a plus

Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
