Position: HR & Admin Executive (Male)

Location: Gowdavalli, Hyderabad, Telangana

Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's in human Recourses

Salary: 30K - 40K Per Month

Experience: 2 - 4 years experience in HR/Admin, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.

Skills: MS-Office/ Google workspace

Language: Telugu, Hindi, English

Age Limit: Up to 30 years (candidates must be below 30 years of age).

We are looking for a proactive HR & Admin Executive to manage daily HR and Administrative operations at warehouse.

The ideal candidate will support smooth manpower planning, employee management, and help maintain a clean and efficient working environment.

Roles And Responsibilities:

? Manage and oversee daily HR and administrative operations at the warehouse.

? Address employee queries and provide timely HR-related support.

? Coordinate and fulfill short-term hiring needs, especially for operational roles like pickers and helpers.

? Track daily attendance, manage leave records, and handle absenteeism issues.

? Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies.

? Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain a clean and well-organized warehouse environment.

? Assist in planning and executing internal events and employee engagement initiatives.

? Use digital tools for managing attendance, reporting, and general workforce administration.

? Process and manage employee reimbursement claims efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
