to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes. The role will be responsible for handling core HR functions across the employee lifecycle while supporting employee engagement and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and onboarding.
Manage employee lifecycle activities such as joining, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HRMIS.
Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and benefits.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, internal communications, and events.
Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary processes as per company policy.
Ensure statutory compliance and maintain HR-related documentation.
Support HR audits and internal reporting requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Well-organized with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?420,000.00 per month
