C J Smart is looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Officer with over 3+ years of experience, preferably in the electronics industry. The ideal candidate will specialize in recruitment and talent acquisition, driving the company's growth by sourcing and developing top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

?Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.

?lmplement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

?Support leadership in manpower planning and workforce development.

?Maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures.

?Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.

?

Sunday will be a working day, and a compensatory off can be taken on another day .

Note:

?Not responsible for ESI, PF, or HR software handling.

?

Focus area: Calls and walk-in candidates shall be handled as per the recruitment schedule

.

?MBA in HR preferred.

Minimum 3+ years of HR experience in a corporate or industrial setup (electronics field preferred).

?Strong expertise in talent acquisition and manpower planning.

?Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

?Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
