Oversee hiring for diverse construction roles (site & office), including initial screenings, offers, and coordinating site inductions.
Employee Relations & Welfare:
Address grievances, promote positive relations, and manage welfare initiatives for all employees.
HR Admin & Compliance:
Maintain accurate records, ensure adherence to construction-specific labor laws (e.g., BOCW Act), and manage HR documentation centrally.
Payroll Support:
Verify and process payroll data for both site and head office personnel.
Performance & Development:
Support performance management and coordinate training programs (including safety) for all teams.
Benefits & Offboarding:
Administer employee benefits and manage comprehensive exit processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; HR certification preferred.
5-67years HR experience, with construction sector experience
.
Strong knowledge of HR functions and Indian construction labor laws.
Proficiency MS Office.
Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High integrity, confidentiality, and adaptability to a dynamic industry.
